I couldn’t walk more than 10 minutes because of pain, but after 2 mos with Jay and Ali, I’m back doing 1 hour walks at 3.7 mph. I recommend them very highly. I’ve been through physical therapy in different places–none was better than Family Rehab

Not only do you receive top notch therapy here but you receive it with compassion and care! The therapists, the office staff, the student PTA and the owner are all invested in you and dedicated to your recovery.

I mostly work with Sarah who is kind, gentle, sincere and committed to helping you in every way she can (and sings along to any Mariah Carey song).

I have also worked with Jay, Kam, Junaid and Joel and each of them also provided techniques and strategies to support healing and recovery (with the occasional dance move, song outburst or movie quote for entertainment).

Heather and Amanda are always friendly, accommodating and flexible with scheduling and go out of their way to help in every way they can.

I will never go anywhere else for PT. They treat you like family here! Thanks FRC….keep being AMAZING!

First off i would like to thank Jawaad and the staff for always making me feel welcome and as a priority.I started PT with family rehab around 3-4 months ago with a lower back issue, before coming to family rehab i had tried many other practices with little to no improvement. Family rehab has increased my mobility tremendously and also helped to relive daily chronic pain. Family rehab has great customer service and the hands on techniques used have made huge improvement’s with my daily life. I highly recommend this practice as they treat you and your condition instead of setting you on a program and running the motions.. Thanks FRC

Well don’t know where to start if I could give a higher rating I would. From the lady’s up front to everyone of the therapist in the back you can’t single one out they are all caring, personable, fun and extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing and how they instruct and explain why you are doing a stretch, exercise etc… I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to go see them, you won’t regret it!

Very personal attention to detail, and how to rehabilitate my shoulder. I appreciated the experience. Everyone who works there is very friendly and the atmosphere is very chill. The two OT specialists I had the pleasure of working with made the entire experience fun and I really felt heard. Thanks to Nergis and Allison, I can use my hand without pain. Looking for the best rehab facility in downriver? Well look no further than Family Rehab Care. They most definitely live up to their namesake, because you are treated like family by every member of the staff even if they don’t personally train you. I was in need of occupational therapy on my dominant hand due to severe burns and skin grafts. My OT therapist, Nergis is extremely knowledgeable and she has a genuine care for your recovery. They even offer a complimentary service that most facilities do not offer or offer at an additional fee . Ask Nergis or intern Allison for details. Heather and Chelsea at the front desk greet you warmly at the front desk and are experts at making sure you have no surprise billing. I hope this helps. You will not be disappointed!

This was the absolute best place I have ever went to for physical therapy. I worked with Jay, Tauha & Ali, they were all very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Heather that works at the front desk is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The atmosphere here is very inviting and the trainers try to keep everything fun and engaging. There were a few days I didn’t want to go to PT but after I went, I felt a lot better physically, mentally and emotionally. I am definitely planning to return if needed!

I took a shot in the dark with this establishment after finding them on Google and being near by where I live.
I’m a partial paraplegic as I’ve regained a little movement a long time ago and it’s been many years since I’ve been back to PT. This place is phenomenal. The therapists challenge me with new exercises and test my potential with what I can do. I can tell we are making good progress for the situation I’m in. I work with Tauha almost all of my time here and he is an awesome therapist and a very nice. Jay is one of my favorites as well. Very intelligent with what he does and down to earth. Heather at front desk is also a big sweet heart when you get to talking with her. She also helps the therapists when needed
