I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to Family Rehab Care for their Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. The front desk staff always greets you with a smile and the therapist are not only there to help you but are also there to cheer you on and are very supportive. My appointments were on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. I had the pleasure of working with Sky and Ali. I am grateful for all they did to help me out.

If I could I would give them 10 stars. It is a Great place. I have been going there for PT second stroke on family member. He is doing great and recovering fast. They work very good with patients. The are very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this place, it is the best place. They treat you like a family. All the staff are very kind and understanding.

If you’re looking for a PT facility, your search is over. I was looking for a new physical therapist, one that specifically offered a variety of therapies, and I’m glad I believed all the reviews about FRC. I would give 10 stars if I could. Gaby and Jay are amazing. I will be sad when I won’t have to see them a few times a week, so I will probably come back to use the gym facilities, if nothing else but to see them for a little while.

Well don’t know where to start if I could give a higher rating I would. From the lady’s up front to everyone of the therapist in the back you can’t single one out they are all caring, personable, fun and extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing and how they instruct and explain why you are doing a stretch, exercise etc… I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to go see them, you won’t regret it!

Very personal attention to detail, and how to rehabilitate my shoulder. I appreciated the experience. Here was the best I had at other places they have all the up-to-date equipment and personalized attention to all your needs can’t say enough good things about the staff very polite and considerate enjoyed my experience here very much. If I have surgery on my other arm, this will be the place I will come to have my rehabilitation done on my shoulder and arm

Everyone who works there is very friendly and the atmosphere is very chill. The two OT specialists I had the pleasure of working with made the entire experience fun and I really felt heard. Thanks to Nergis and Allison, I can use my hand without pain. Looking for the best rehab facility in downriver? Well look no further than Family Rehab Care. They most definitely live up to their namesake, because you are treated like family by every member of the staff even if they don’t personally train you. I was in need of occupational therapy on my dominant hand due to severe burns and skin grafts. My OT therapist, Nergis is extremely knowledgeable and she has a genuine care for your recovery. They even offer a complimentary service that most facilities do not offer or offer at an additional fee . Ask Nergis or intern Allison for details. Heather and Chelsea at the front desk greet you warmly at the front desk and are experts at making sure you have no surprise billing. I hope this helps. You will not be disappointed!

This was the absolute best place I have ever went to for physical therapy. I worked with Jay, Tauha & Ali, they were all very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Heather that works at the front desk is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The atmosphere here is very inviting and the trainers try to keep everything fun and engaging. There were a few days I didn’t want to go to PT but after I went, I felt a lot better physically, mentally and emotionally. I am definitely planning to return if needed!

I took a shot in the dark with this establishment after finding them on Google and being near by where I live.
I’m a partial paraplegic as I’ve regained a little movement a long time ago and it’s been many years since I’ve been back to PT. This place is phenomenal. The therapists challenge me with new exercises and test my potential with what I can do. I can tell we are making good progress for the situation I’m in. I work with Tauha almost all of my time here and he is an awesome therapist and a very nice. Jay is one of my favorites as well. Very intelligent with what he does and down to earth. Heather at front desk is also a big sweet heart when you get to talking with her. She also helps the therapists when needed

I cannot express how much I appreciate the level of professionalism and tentative to care that Ali, Jay and Taha has provided to me during my time at Family rehab. The name Family rehab really does this physical therapy business justice… They have made my son and myself really feel like family from the second that I walked in and expressed by action and words how much they care about my health getting better.
